PRIME DEVELOPMENT LAND just south of the I-94 business loop. The zoning at this time is agricultural with a mixed use future land use plan designation that would allow a mixed use pud. Water is on the east side of the business loop and has a crossing already put in by Fairway Street. Sewer is located to the west side of the business loop and both utilities could be extended up Fairway Street to the site upon annexation. If no annexation is desired by the developer the property would be best developed into a more rural residential subdivision without the public infrastructure except for the road network. Any proposed usage would need to go through the city of Dickinson planning and zoning approval process.
