The park has two active licenses which allow it to remain a community water system. The property is located on I-94 which provides good visibility, paved road access, has 3 wells and 3 septic systems. The park provides a nice country setting with room for horses and chickens on a low traffic road which is very appealing for residents. Lot rents are currently $250 per month and include garbage removal, road and common area maintenance, water and septic.
